Method
How the work moves.
Five stages, from the real problem to the result. The diagnosis is the first two; you hire the others only if they make sense.
- Investigate
- Diagnose
- Direct
- Transform
- Follow up
Diagnosis
Market
Investigate
What happens
I research the market and your competitors, starting with the customer’s experience along the buying journey and then message, positioning, identity and offer. I also look at your brand’s current message and the business’s internal information.
What you do
You answer guided questions on the website, in an AI-assisted conversation, by text or voice. Then we do an interview.
What you get
The short validation "This is what I understood": a one-page summary you correct before the diagnosis.
Problem
Diagnose
What happens
I separate symptom, problem and cause, organise the complexity into priorities and define where the brand needs to go.
What you do
You receive the diagnosis and discuss every point with me.
What you get
The diagnosis document and a handover meeting: the real problem, causes, priorities (now, next, later), direction, recommended scope and one single next step.
Investigate and Diagnose make up the diagnosis: three to four weeks.

Priorities
Direct
What happens
I detail the how: positioning, message and criteria for identity and communication.
What you do
You validate the direction.
What you get
A direction guide and a handover meeting. The guide steers whoever carries out the work.
Identity
Transform
What happens
Carrying out what the guide sets out: identity, website, content, design pieces.
What you do
You approve the deliverables.
What you get
The pieces and solutions. I can do the work, recommend partners or guide your team. When I do the work, reviewing it is included; when others do it, I can review whether they follow the direction. Credits are always transparent.
Results
Follow up
What happens
We measure how the audience perceives the brand and the commercial results, with metrics defined from the start. If the result doesn’t come, I check the execution before changing the strategy.
What you do
You share the agreed data.
What you get
Two or three check-ins over the agreed period.
The problem comes before the form.
It all starts with the diagnosis.
