Who is responsible.
Hemerson Dazilio, strategic designer, London, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@hemersondazilio.com.
What data I collect.
- When you fill in the "Start" form: name, email, business name, website or Instagram (if you provide it), the stage your business is at and the challenge you described.
- When you’re a client and use the guided questions portal: your name and email, the answers you give by text or voice, the transcripts of the recordings, the questions generated by the AI assistant, the date you accepted the AI and privacy notice and the access codes sent to your email.
- When we exchange emails or have meetings: whatever you send or tell me for the work.
- When you visit the website: general visit numbers (pages viewed and device type), measured by the website itself, without cookies, without storing your IP address and without identifying you.
Why I use this data.
- To reply to your message and arrange the first conversation, because you asked (legal basis: steps before a contract and legitimate interest).
- To carry out the diagnosis and any stages you hire me for, because it’s necessary to fulfil the contract.
- To understand how the website is used, without identifying anyone: legitimate interest.
I don’t sell your data, I don’t use it for advertising and I don’t send newsletters unless you ask.
How AI is used.
The portal’s guided questions are run by an AI assistant: the Hemerson Assistant. Your answers are sent to that service only to generate the next question. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, content sent through the API is not used to train its models.
The AI only asks questions: it doesn’t give advice and makes no decisions about you. I’m the one who reads the answers, analyses them and writes the diagnosis.
Who the data is shared with.
Only with the services that make the website work, each with its own data protection agreement:
- Hosting: for the website and email;
- AI: the portal’s guided questions.
Visits are measured by the website itself; no other service receives these numbers.
Some of these services may process data outside the United Kingdom. In those cases, I only use services with the safeguards UK law requires for such transfers.
How long I keep it.
- Portal answers, on the website: deleted 30 days after the diagnosis is delivered, or 14 days after if the briefing is left incomplete.
- Portal recordings: deleted once I’ve checked the transcript.
- Diagnosis document, PDF of the answers and project emails: 12 months after the end of the project. After that, I delete them.
- "Start" form, if we don’t end up working together: 3 months after the last contact. After that, I delete it.
- At the AI provider: what’s sent stays with the provider only for the short period set out in its terms, for the security of the service.
In any of these cases, you can ask for deletion sooner.
Your rights.
You can ask me, at any time, for:
- a copy of the data I hold about you;
- the correction of anything that’s wrong;
- the deletion of your data: when you ask, I delete it, except what the law requires me to keep (for example, billing records), and I tell you what I had to keep and why;
- me to stop using your data for a particular purpose;
- your data in a format you can take elsewhere.
